This page was made for quick access to some of my family's favorite recipes, I'm also working on a basics page for things like cooking bacon or other simple dishes and staples. You'll see multiple measurements next to some ingredients, I add these for my own reference because I like using a kitchen scale to measure and cut-down on dishes to clean; it's also helpful sometimes when you can't find a tablespoon to know the approximate weight of that volume of measurement for a particular ingredient. Most ingredients are optional if you have allergy or other concerns, if I've cooked something with a variation I'll try to add notes to the recipe page for reference.
Black Bean Brownies (I add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup walnuts and this helps with the texture!)
Copycat Creamy Jalapeno Sauce (Taco Bell)
Crêpes (nutella, crushed oreo, and unsweetened whipped cream are great together in a crêpe)
Icing or Glaze (for Cinnamon Rolls and other baked goods)
Sweet Potato Chorizo Enchiladas (sub half sweet potato for russet, and I usually sub vegan chorizo; Morningstar Farms most recently)
Whipped Cream (for unsweetened I'll simply omit the sugar)
